What Triggers Deployment — and What Happens When the Guard Arrives
An alarm without a physical response is just a noise. Our alarm response service deploys a mobile patrol officer to your property the moment a verified alarm activation is received — investigating the cause, securing the site, and escalating to emergency services if required. Every activation is treated as a live incident until confirmed otherwise.
What Triggers a Response
Our alarm response service activates on the following trigger types: intruder detection alarms (PIR, door/window sensors, glass break), perimeter breach alerts (fence sensors, beam breaks), panic button activations (staff duress), CCTV-linked alarm events (motion detection in restricted zones), and fire alarm activations requiring physical site attendance. Triggers are received 24/7 via our monitoring line or direct integration with your alarm panel provider.
Response Time SLAs
Response times are contractually defined and vary by location tier. In city centres (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar) our standard SLA is 15–30 minutes from alarm receipt to officer on-site. In secondary urban areas, the SLA is 30–60 minutes. Rural or remote sites are assessed individually and SLAs agreed before contract signature — we do not quote blanket times we cannot meet. The SLA appears in your service agreement as a contractual commitment, not an aspiration.
What the Officer Does on Arrival
- Perimeter walk to identify any signs of forced entry, damage, or presence
- Interior sweep (where access is available) to confirm premises secure
- Immediate police escalation if active intrusion or security threat is confirmed
- Site secured and property manager or keyholding contact notified
- Incident log created on-site, capturing time of arrival, findings, and actions taken
- Written post-incident report delivered to client within 24 hours of activation
