The terms governing use of this website and the basis on which we quote for and deliver security guard services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern your use of arabsecurityguardservices.com. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These website terms are separate from any service contract. Where you engage us to supply security guards, a signed service agreement governs that engagement and takes precedence over anything on this website.
Prices, rates, guard availability, deployment timelines and service descriptions on this website — including any figures produced by our security guard cost calculator — are indicative estimates for guidance only. They are not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a guarantee.
A binding price is only ever given in a written quotation issued after a site survey or a documented requirements review, and becomes binding only when both parties sign a service agreement.
We operate as a private security services provider under the Kingdom's private security regulatory framework, which is administered by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). Where we deploy to industrial or critical facilities, we work to the standards of the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS).
We do not hold ourselves out as a public authority, a police force, or an agent of any government body. Our personnel exercise no police powers. The scope and limits of a private security guard's authority are set by Saudi law and are described in our published guidance.
We supply manned guarding, static guarding, mobile patrol, access control, front-desk security, supervision and inspection, and specialist services including female guards and VIP protection. Specific deliverables — guard numbers, shift patterns, post orders, reporting lines and escalation procedures — are defined in each service agreement, not here.
All content on this website — text, graphics, layout, guides, calculators and structure — is owned by Arab Security Guard Services and protected by applicable copyright law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, resell, or systematically copy or scrape the content without written permission.
Where we link to external sites — regulators, industry bodies, or reference sources — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We take care to keep the guidance on this site — including regulatory summaries, pricing ranges and compliance explanations — accurate and current. Regulations change. Nothing on this website is legal advice. You should verify any regulatory or licensing requirement with the relevant authority or your own legal advisers before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. This does not limit any liability we owe under a signed service agreement, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our primary enquiry channel is WhatsApp. Messages sent to us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond within 30 minutes during operational hours. Response times are a service target, not a contractual commitment, unless stated in a signed agreement.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Send us your site details and we'll come back with a written, binding quote.
