1. Who we are

Arab Security Guard Services ("we", "us", "our") provides manned guarding, mobile patrol, static guarding and specialist security services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and through the course of providing security services.

2. What personal data we collect

Data you give us directly

• Enquiry data — when you contact us via WhatsApp or request a quote: your name, phone number, company name, site address, number of guards required, shift pattern and service start date.
• Contractual data — for clients: billing details, authorised contact persons, site access instructions and emergency escalation contacts.

Data we collect automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL and pages viewed. Collected via standard server logs and analytics.

Data we collect while delivering services

Where we operate at a client site, we may process operational security data — visitor logs, access-control records, incident reports, patrol records and, where a client has installed CCTV, footage reviewed by our control-room personnel.

Important: where our guards process visitor or employee data on a client's premises, the client is the data controller and we act as a data processor on their documented instructions. Our obligations in that role are set out in the data processing terms of each service contract.

4. WhatsApp communications

Our primary contact channel is WhatsApp. When you message us, your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages are processed by us and by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use these messages solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to coordinate service delivery.

Please do not send sensitive personal data, national ID scans, or confidential site security details over WhatsApp. We will arrange a secure channel where such information is genuinely needed.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary:

• Regulatory authorities — the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and, for industrial sites, the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), where licensing, vetting or incident reporting obligations require it.
• The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) — for guard employment and insurance records.
• Law enforcement — where we are legally compelled, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent or respond to a serious security incident.
• Service providers — hosting, communications and accounting providers acting under contract and on our instructions.

6. Cross-border transfers

Personal data collected through this website is stored on servers that may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the PDPL's transfer conditions and the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) regulations, and only where an adequate level of protection is in place.

7. Your rights under the PDPL

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the Law, you have the right to:

• Be informed of the legal basis and purpose of collecting your personal data
• Access your personal data held by us
• Request a copy of your personal data in a readable, clear format
• Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data
• Request destruction of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the PDPL supervisory authority.

8. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not become contracts — 12 months from last contact
• Client contract and billing records — 10 years, as required by Saudi commercial and tax law
• Guard vetting and licensing records — for the period required by MOI regulations
• Incident reports — 5 years, or longer where an investigation or claim is ongoing
• Website analytics — 26 months

9. Security of your data

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls, confidentiality obligations on all personnel, and a need-to-know principle for operational security data. All guards and supervisors sign confidentiality undertakings covering client site information as a condition of employment.

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function, plus analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to function without them.

11. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this website.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in our practices. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the current version.
